they burned my skin during the eyebrow wax... and took off an unreasonable amount of hair! Then they told me i needed a lip wax (which I don't)... and then insisted upon it after I said no...
They also screwed up my mani... cutting my cuticle too deep... now i have cuticle frays around my nail...

I go into Nails 21 once a month for a fill in. That is it. The fill ins are the longest lasting ones I have ever had. Have never had a problem with rudeness, although I feel the quality would have me going back anyway. No, they don't jump on you with smiles when you walk in the door, but no one has ever been rude. I have no clue what the other reviewer is talking about with the pedi chairs.
