This place deserves no stars. I had an old gel manicure and went in for just a regular nail polish gel manicure. They charged me an extra $5 to take off my old gel manicure. RIP OFF!! These people are incredibly rude, they rush you, and my nails do not even look nice after paying $15 for awful service. They are jagged, bumpy, and messy. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! It's a shame, used to be my favorite. HUGE disappointment.

Poor! Poor! Poor! Union county in general has pretty poor salons but at least the majority are SUPER cheap. As a first time customer I walked in with high expectations due to reviews on YELP and left highly disappointed.
I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, total cost $48. The one positive thing about the experience I did like was their foot & leg massage. Aside from that there's alot of improvement that can be made at the salon.
The girl that did my pedicure literally just filed my toenails away. I was not left with a nice clean shape. In fact, the tip of the nail of my left big toe feels jagged. The paint job was horrible. I came home and added 2 coats of Seche Vite top coat for shine and cleaned up my cuticles. The only part of the finger that should have nail polish is the NAIL!
Go on to my gel manicure done by Eunice. She seems nice at first, that was short lived. She did not touch or cut the cuticles on my hands. After I was done, I had to ask her to cut 2 very visible hangnails. There is one nail that has a smudge baked in and 2 nails where she didn't even paint nowhere near close to the cuticles. It almost looks like I already grew them out.
I am not going to go through the headache of driving 20 minutes to get them fixed. Please avoid and go to a better nail salon.

seriously awful! I used to go here all the time for their $25 mani/pedi special but they have continuously made my fingers bleed and they cover it up with alcohol and clear nailpolish... NOT OKAY. i really should have left right then but gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped that they wouldnt keep picking at the cut they had just caused. of course, they did. and all of the nail stylists proceeded to gather around my finger, speaking in a language i couldnt understand but chuckling and laughing is universal- i hope it wasnt about me but regardless, laughing while staring directly at me and my finger is unprofessional and inappropriate. their actual nail paining is also terrible- they're unclean and their nailpolishes are old and smell like fungus has been growing in them for months- be ware of the polishes you select. not worth the cheap prices at all, i will never be returning and i hope you don't either.

This is my favorite nail salon. I try to fit in a pedi here every two weeks. Or at least once a month! The trip to the Nail Plaza for a pedi is like a little vacation away from stress.
The people are super nice. The massage chairs are incredible. And they do a great leg and foot massage during your pedicure. They always have a great chick-flick on TV too.
I highly recommend this place!! They have a $25 mani\pedi special. I usually skip the mani..and get a $20 pedi. No reason, other than im not a mani person.
They are also great for eyebrow waxing.

I rarely write poor reviews about places (or any reviews for the matter), probably because I always presume that someone is having a bad day or that I could have avoided something. However, I had a bad experience with Nails Plaza.
Beforehand, I called up some nails places, including Nails Plaza, for the price of a full-manicure set. They told me $29 + 5 for the french manicure, for a total of $34. I was sold.
They began doing my nails. While putting on the tips, the nail woman asked me if I was going to refill. I said no. She said that it was going to be temporary and that I wasn't able to get refills. I said that was fine.
The next day, a nail broke. Then two more nails broke a few days later. I went back and asked for replacement, especially since I was a new customer.
In the middle of fixing my nails, she told me she was going to charge me $15. I said, "no thanks." They also laughed at me and began talking in Korean about me. They said, "What do you expect when you only pay $29?" So I got up and left.
A good price doesn't mean that you sacrifice quality. Temporary also doesn't mean less than 48 hours. Nail salons are on every corner. I would recommend going somewhere else and not having to deal with these cheap people. They're haughty and will do anything to save a penny.
