First I called to see if they were open and asked about soaking my nails and doing them over. She said I should make an apt. I decided to walk into the salon right after and there was only one other customer there. The lady first told me they don't use acrylic so I asked her if they use something else. She acted as if she didn't even want to do my nails for me. Then she told me they don't soak nails, that I should go somewhere else to soak them and then come back. Very very rude, will never go there again.
