I have been going here since I was 15 Tom dose my nails no one else I love him he the best my sister my two cuzin my mom my Tia go there we love him ask for tom he the best

i wish i could give this place ZERO stars. this is going to be a long and honest review, so be prepared people. one day i went to do my nails and i decided to put the cute 3d bow design on. i kept asking the owner who did my nails , "WILL THESE FALL OFF"? she said "no they shouldn't and if they do you can come back in and i will put it back on for FREE ". that sounded fine to me , especially with the word "FREE" in that sentence. the same exact day, i was taking a shower and the bow fell out of no where. i was so upset because i had my graduation the next day, and graduation practice the next morning. so i had to literally wake up sooo early in the morning before my graduation practice to get the bow put back on. i came in and i showed her the bow fell off. this woman had the audacity to try to charge me money for it after she LITERALLY told me the day before that if it falls of she will but it back on for "FREE". i nicely explained to her what she told me and she tried raising her voice and arguing with me (which is not the best idea). if i had to recommend this place to a friend, I WOULD NOT. The service stinks and i hate it !!

f I could give them no stars I would. I went today to take my father in law who is 60 years old for a pedicure, but the guy in the front told me that they couldn't give him a pedi. Because he "looked" sick. I told them he wasn't sick that he just walks with a limp. But then the guy goes on to say if he had diabetes or any other illness like that we can't give him a pedicure. I assured them he had no deasease. And a customer said no he means if he had like open cuts or sores in his feet. And I told her he didn't have that either. But the front guy insisted my father in law looked to sick for a pedi! I will never go here and I'll make sure to tell people not to go either. So disrespectful!

I tried this place a few weeks ago, after trying several places in the area which were horrible. I went to Jenny, she is awesome!!! I'm extremely fussy when getting my nails done. I always get a pink fill-in, well she does a great job. The entire salon is also very clean which is very important to me. So if your looking for someplace new try this one... I also had a pedicure and they did a great job!!! Highly recommend.
