My experience going to Dr. Naidas' office was a pleasant one, I haven't been to a GYN in a few years so I was a bit nervous but I can definitely say she made the exam very comfortable and quick as possible, the wait was not too long very good and efficient staff, they were very helpful and answered any questions I had. The office is very neat clean and well organized. Dr. Naida answered all my questions. Overall I really liked the experience.

My overall experience to Dr. Naida's was great. I was a little nervous at 1st but the office's environment was very friendly and the receptionist was really nice.. Dr. Naida was very insightful and took the time in explaining my health issues and didn't rush me out like most doctors do. I am very pleased. :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Naida's for only a few months now and I have only had great experiences with her. I have been to several gynecologists over the years and have never been pleased with any of them. She is the first OBGYN that has been very helpful and pleasant. Her staff is also very nice as well. I just learned that they are always on call to be of assistant to her patients as well so I feel more comfortable knowing that if I were to have an emergency that I would be able to contact Dr. Naida somehow.

I am also new to birth control- she wrote me a prescription to a birth control she would recommend for me, but I am not too comfortable with it. As soon as I informed her of this discomfort, she was happy to help me and wrote me out a prescription for another birth control that might be better for me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in search for a great gynecologist.

Where do I begin... The receptionist Laila is extremely incompetant she should not be working in a doctors office or anywhere that requires great customer service. As for Dr. Naida she was ok although I really didnt appreciate her persistance for the birth control if I clearly stated I wasnt interested. Ive only been there once on a saturday and the wait was over an hour and dont even think about complaining because Laila will accuse you of being late or any other excuse she can come up with. So in a nutshell if your looking for a good OBGYN and a courteous reliable staff LOOK ELSEWHERE PLEASE!!!!

I saw Dr. Naida once for my annual blood work. I paid $200 for the consultation and another $300 in lab fees. Since I had no insurance, Dr. Naida informed me I could call the office in a few days to get my results. Later on that week I called and the secretary was very nasty and told me the doctor would get back to me when she got the chance. Dr. Naida informed me my blood tested positive for HSV-1 & HSV-2. I was in complete shock because that seemed impossible and I was mentally distraught. I went for a second opinion and my blood work came back fine. When I called Dr. Naida's office to inform them that a mistake was made and obviously someone is walking around thinking they are fine when they are not. Her good for nothing rude secretary replied "How can you say that? We cannot control what happens at the lab". Automatically shifting the blame instead of apologizing for the 2 weeks I was walking around completely miserable. I would NOT recommend this doctor or office to my worst enemy.
