If i could give this play 0 stars i would, there hibachi is not how hibachi should taste, their customer service is absolutely terrible, after giving specific instructions to call when outside for delivery they rang my doorbell and my landlords doorbell, waking my baby nd my landlords, when i called to complajn tey said sorry our drivers dont read or speak english too well! Honestly i would give them another shot for food but just for how they deal with customers alone i will never go back!!!! Stay away!

Only positive things to say about this place. They are always courteous and the delivery service is the best. I reside and work near the Bayside / Flushing area and they are always prompt at either place. The food is always on point as far as flavor and presentation goes. The price is reasonable and the portions are good. Bottom line is if you want good Thai food at a reasonable price and you want the fastest service around then look no further

This review is for delivery, I have not dined-in at the restaurant itself. I ordered from here twice so far. The food is acceptable, nothing too great, but I will get to that. The main reason I am giving 2 stars is because of a truly bad service experience with the delivery driver, and then with the manager when I called to complain.

I live in a third-floor apartment in Flushing. The delivery driver calls me to tell me he can't park and can't come to the building, that I must come get my food from his van. I told him I'm not dressed properly enough to go out on a busy street. He says "all customers come outside, why can't you?" He got very frustrated and upset with me. I finally changed into some proper jeans, went down, crossed the street, and found him. He shoved a receipt in my face and told me to sign it, and then shoved my food at me. I told him this was very rude behavior and that I would be speaking with the restaurant and Seamless (I used seamless to order), he gave me A LOT of attitude, waved me out of the way, and drove off. I then called the restaurant. The owner wasn't there, the man in charge said he couldn't do much, but simply said he would ask the driver about it. He did not apologize, did not choose to believe me, and did not want to say anything else other than "I have to have both sides of the story, I will talk to the driver to get his side of it." That was the end of it. I have never been so insulted by a delivery driver, as if he was doing me a favor. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

The food: I ordered the sushi lunch combo once, and the 3 rolls lunch combo once. The sushi and rolls are fresh enough, though pretty small for the price (only a few pieces per "roll"). This is far from the best sushi I've had, but it's ok for a meal if you don't feel like cooking or going out. The prices are kind of steep for the quality. The salad was a joke, a few pieces of lettuce with a disgusting dressing.

Eat here if you choose, but be aware of what I've said.
