Nadya Day Care

I spoke with the owner of NAYDA DAY CARE II - FULL DAY PROGRAM (27QAVZ) on June 19, 2015 and she advised me that there is an opening for a seat for PRE-K, and that I should come on June 22, 2015 to register. When I went to register her mom said that she was on vacation to come back on June 24, 2015. We went back on June 24, 2015 and was told to go back to register on June 29, 2015. When we arrived to register, "Nayda" stated that she has given the seat to another parent who has previously cancelled registration. This woman and her father started to be very rude and out of place. I was surprised to know that they are not being fair to residents of the community. They are basically, giving preference to students who are from their home country and their religion. Now I have forfeit an offer that I had based on her offer and now my child has to go on a waiting list again. Please do your self a favor, be aware that Nayda do not keep her work to you. Therefore, you should not be place in a situation like this at the last moment. Please be careful with her. My philosophy is that if she is being dishonest about something as simple as registering a child, their is more to be discovered. She even do not want to give a parent a receipt for tax purposes. Poor management and he business ethics suggest that she and her dad believe that they can do as they please and then be rude.

I called the daycare to speak with the supervisor. I asked her simple questions like what was the age range of kids that were in her care and how many kids are there. I only spoke to her for one minute and she went off on me " I HAVE A CERTIFIED DAYCARE I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR ALL THESE QUESTIONS " with a disgusting attitude. I calmly told her I'm only asking because I want to know with who and how many kids my two year old daughter would be spending her entire day with or year. Based on her attitude she doesn't have patience. I don't feel comfortable leaving my daughter here when the workers do not have patience to answer simple question ! Kids need alot more patience and understanding! I love my daughter dearly. If she couldn't respect me and be polite how can I expect them to care for the kids any better.
