I had a simple bunionectomy done in Dec 2008. Simply a NIGHTMARE since.
The first metatarsal broke 3 weeks post op so they opted to put it in a open-toe cast which seemed odd as they did not want me to bump into anything.
The 2nd operation was done IN THE OFFICE to fix broken toe. How unsanitary is that????
Then alfter all was said and done, I am fairly cripple and in constant pain.
Dr. Nachman and Dr. Xang coorbrated and altered medical records so that I could not sue. They said it was my fault the bone broke and altered records so the bastards could not be sued.
In order to fix it, I will have to have a bone graft in first metatarsal and then cut second one down to size.
They both are very unprofessional in my opinion. I should have gone to an Ortho Pedic Surgeon! DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!
