Horrible experience, honestly wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go here.

I recently went in for a routine check up to replace my old glasses. The staff is so cordial and really made me feel comfortable. I was examined by Dr. W, he's an awesome guy! He explained the exam as he was conducting it and went through my results with me. When it was time to pick out some frames the sales representatives were so friendly and helpful, they really worked with me to get the best frames in my budget. I didn't feel like he was selling me a product but he was helping me pick out something I could really enjoy every time I look in the mirror! Also they gave me a copy of my prescription which means I can get glasses anywhere! A lot of places i.e. Pearl Vision do not give you a copy so that you are forced to shop with them.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went here due to reviews about Dr. Greenberg and thought he could help with eye pain. When I arrived, I was told I needed glasses which I've never had to use before. I was surprised because my vision is excellent but purchased the glasses because they said it would relieve the pain caused by strain. The glasses were blurry and they insisted i just needed to get used to them. Wore them for a week with no relief from the pain or blurriness. I saw so much better without them. Finally went to an ophthalmologist who told me the pain had nothing to do with my vision and the glasses were overprescribed and I had no need for them. They had a no return policy and basically are in the business of telling trusting people that they need glasses when they really don't and refusing to reimburse their money when the customizers realize they have been scammed. This place is a joke and the only "care" they have is for lining their own pockets. They offered to have me come in again so they could do another checkup despite me telling them I had a checkup already that day from my ophthalmologist who is obviously far more qualified. I said no because all that will result in is a waste of my time where my insurance will be charged even more for the "checkup" in which they will of course just change my prescription which I never needed in the first place.
