Great experience! More often than not, deliveries are a hassle. N.E.T. made the process as easy as possible. They called me before they arrived and provided a two-hour ETA the night before. It's not often you get a window under 4 hours from other delivery companies. Actual delivery was quick and professional. No issues at all

They did an excellent job with my delivery! I have a very difficult work schedule, so, they worked with my time constraints and delivered right when they told me they would. They gave me a two-hour window for delivery and arrived within the first 15 minutes of that time frame.
The sofa that they delivered was a very tight fit into my apartment. Probably an ordering mistake on my part, but, they somehow made it work. They did so without any issue. I was very impressed by how easily they handled the sofa and protected the hallway and my apartment to make the delivery happen. great job!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. The customer service lady, who I unfortunately had to deal with on multiple occasions, is just downright nasty. She could care less if you get your package or not. I do not think she even begins to understand the concept of service and customers. For a long period of time their telephone system was not working and I was unable to reach them at all. When I could reach them, they had no record of the previous confirmation of delivery date, although I had already arranged to take off work, they did not care and could not schedule another delivery for one to two weeks out, neither of which subsequent day I would be home. When I asked about a different day I was told there would be a $100 charge. Since we could not agree on a day my item is being sent back to the manufacturer and has been marked "rejected by customer." I will have to now dispute the charge through my credit card company to get a full refund. AVOID.
