I had to get from the Allen Shandler Recreation Area in Van Cortland Park in the Bronx to JFK airport the other day. I followed an ad from the Yellow Cab web site to MyCarService. Given that our pickup location was a park, I was a bit concerned but I was texted immediately after making the booking and the pickup location and time confirmed.
About 15 minutes before the pickup time the driver was on site and called me to confirm that he was there. The car was clean and the driver professional and pleasant.
Who could ask for more than prompt confirmation, a bit early arrival for the pickup, a clean car and a professional/pleasant driver! And the price included tolls so there were no surprises there either - we were charged what we were told would be the charge.
There was spurious Paypal charge that was immediately removed and a web site that needs work. But I ranked them 5 stars in spite of what I considered to be minor issues.
