My Street Car Service

They dont give good service....which is stupid.
Its just a simple question.

Good sevice nice driver clean cars

I call the cab... He told me that cab will arrive in 5-10 mins and didn't come up..thn I called him again and ask where is tha cab...he replied cab is not coming :( I highly not recommended

I had an incredibly poor experience. I waited 30 minutes and the car never arrived. I called in and found out they never ordered the cab for me. Fifteen minutes later, no cab in sight. I called and was told that the car went to the wrong address. Finally, almost an hour late a taxi arrived.

The person who answers the phone is extremely difficult to understand. He led me to believe that I could pay over the phone through credit card. After asking him to confirm several times, I gave him my credit card info. Guess what? Once the taxi came, I was told that credit cards needed to be swiped in person!

On top of everything else, I was charged for bridges and tolls. That was a fun surprise!

I will not be contacting this unprofessional car service again.

This Car Service is the best !! I called them up to book a car for 8 hours for New Years' Eve and they delivered! My family was so happy, I cannot thank My Street enough! The car was neat and clean & the driver was extremely nice. Definitely recommended to anyone needing a ride anywhere around town.
