After falling in love with a dress in a catalog, I looked up the local retailers for the dress. One place I called was rude an very disappointing. However, when I called this place, I spoke to the owner directly and she just made me feel like I was talking to my best friend. Once I went in for the initial consult, I was extremely happy with the owner and her kindness. I was so pleased that I hired her to be my wedding consultant and oversee the entire show for me. Not once did I find a problem that the owner wasn't more than happy to face and fix! My wedding gown turned out lovely as did my bridal party gowns. She did a fabulous job and I couldn't have asked for better service and understanding. As a matter of fact I plan on returning to her for every formal occasion I will be having from now on.
