WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

The worker hurt my fingers so much, she cut excessively and 4 of my fingers started bleeding. When I washed my hands, I was in SO MUCH pain and all she did was say "sorry" and put product over my cuts that burned and made me want to cry.

Love their location and their product, but this was the worst experience, with the worst staff and customer service.

Horrible customer service. ATTITUDE. OPINIONATED. OVER CHARGES..... takes way to long to take a customer. Came here two days ago and it was a fourty minute wait and there were no customers here...

Their customer service is horrible. I made a simple phone call to find out the prices for regular mani pedi which was $16 pretty reasonable. I was very tempted to go but than when I asked for a price on the acrylic manicure. The lady who answered the phone got frustrated and said "i'm busy now, if you want to find out just come in." Now isn't the whole point of me calling is to save a trip going there to find out the price and leave if its unreasonable?
Also shouldn't she know the prices by heart or at least have someone competent answering the phone.
