Absolutely horrific! I called My Car Service twenty-five minutes prior to when I needed the cab and the dispatcher responded "Right away, right away!" After 20 minutes the cab has still not arrived and to handle my questioning I was hung up on. I do not recommend if you have somewhere you need to be at a certain time or all for that matter.

Had a great personable driver. Kind of surprising for cab companies.

Good timing, good value, bad shocks. Expect them to pick up extra fairs along the way, or get car sick.

Worst car service and customer service ever! I had to call four times to order a cab and every time I was told that it will be there in 5 minutes. However, the cab never came, and during the last call, when I asked what happened with the car, I was told very impolitely that they have no car available and they just hung-up. This was after I had to wait for more than 30 minutes on the street. Obviously, I will never call this car service again!
