I would highly recommend the Music Academy of Garden City to anyone interested in terrific lessons for their children or themselves. The Academy is staffed by well-educated and talented Music professionals. My children have been attending for several years and they have thoroughly enjoyed their experiences. My son in particular loves playing the drums and adores his teacher. He has participated in NYSSMA and done very well. The annual recital is also really wonderful. It is well-produced and a great night out with the family. You will find yourself surrounded there by many GC and surrounding-area families ..whose kids are thriving students of MAGC. So check it out..You will be glad you pursued music lessons for your child at the MAGC.

My daughters have been attending the Music Academy of Garden City for the past 5 years. The Music Academy has provided my daughters with professional and quality instruction of their selected instruments with patience, encouragement and understanding. Besides their regular weekly lessons, my daughters have participated and enjoyed many of the extra musical workshops and ensembles that are offered by the Music Academy. The facility is big, beautiful, and very friendly. There are windows in each of the classrooms so you can look in on your child's instruction. The Music Academy of Garden City staff has become family. They have a sincere and genuine interest in each one of their students and will support them in any way that they can. I would HIGHLY recommend the Music Academy of Garden City! We have only had the BEST experience with MAGC!!

The Music Academy of Garden City is an exceptional institution. Our three sons have attended the Academy for more than five years and studied a number of different instruments giving us the opportunity to work with a variety of the Academy's instructors. Every one has been an accomplished musician, a great teacher and an absolute pleasure to have as an instructor for our children. The consistently high quality of instruction and the high level of professionalism with which the Academy operates make the Academy an unusual find. My three sons go to the Music Academy of Garden City for a number of years now. The owners of the place are professionals who happened to be quite talented musicians as well. The teachers they hire fit the same criteria: they have at least a bachelor degree and either have or are working on their masters in music and/or education. Besides the education, my boys' teachers over the years exhibited a lot of talent, enthusiasm and love to music, which might be the reason my three sons enjoy this place so much. I have in the past and would in the future highly recommend the school to my friends and family.
