Expensive but poorly built, so the sound-proofing is terrible. You will hear your neighbors' every footstep, cough, door-slam, cabinet-slam and phone conversation. If your neighbor is into noisy sex, loud music, domestic abuse or video games, you will never get any sleep, as you will hear it all. Pros: Good maintenance and two laundry rooms. Cons: No peace and quiet. Stayed one year and left.
