Delivery was almost 2 hours. Food was cold. I called to complain, they wanted to remake the order, which would also be delivered late. I would've been happy if they'd have comped me a percentage off or at least TRIED to make it right. Won't be ordering from here again.

while the food was pretty good, the service was awful. I felt like the staff couldn't give less of a shit about their customers. They completely forgot half of my boyfriends order and when I reminded them they went "oh shit" and finally finished it....?

Well, for starters the person who took my order clearly does not like their job considering how rude they were. The food was mediocre, nothing to write home about. The seating was atrocious and all of the customers looked angry... I guess thats the look this type of place goes for, and yet these stores keep popping up everywhere... go figure. I don't know what all of the hype is about....I'll be sticking to Subway for lunch.

for my 1st time here, what a disappointment. The staff was unfriendly, the place was dirty, and they heated up most of my meal in the microwave. How is this place still in business? You can make smart food decisions at any restaurant, and at least at others they cook to order...not "heat up" to serve.
