Waited 2 hours 15 minutes in the waiting room. Others there said this was nothing unusual. Receptionists clearly didn't care. I pointed to a sign behind the counter that said punctuality is important, she said "Yeah, but that doesn't apply to him." When I finally saw him he just said he'd been busy. I finally forced him to apologize, but I said I'd never put my health in the hands of someone who so obviously has no respect for patients and whose office is run in such an unprofessional manner.
