Love the bank, but it's too far from me, I always have to plan a trip to go there, there's one teller there that is extremely RUDE she makes me want to take my money else where I always leave there annoyed I'm going to complain to cooperate since nobody there cares

I'm an advocate for the little guy, and have been a member for over 5 years, I don't understand why it would take over 10 days for a local check drawn on another Location bank to clear? I should've just deposited my check in the other bank and enjoyed a better thanksgiving. Tellers told me "the rules" dictate the hold. The other banks preference is to retain the customer satisfaction and the account. Perhaps it's time for change.

MCU is a great bank to be associated with but inconvenient. There should be another bank on Staten Island.

As an mcu me member,it would be better if mcu would consider another branch on forest ave,near pathmark,or over at shoprite supermarket.we need at least two more branches on staten Island!!!!!......
