Multi Subaru

The sales person that I had did not know anything about the product that I was interested in.
He sold me a car without giving me any information to take home except for a receipt of my deposit.
For a week we played phone tag and when we finally spoke, he told me he had to increase my monthly payment by $5 because the accessories that I asked for wasn't on the car that he had for me.
I told him that when I agreed to the contract last week I asked for all the items in the car, that was in front of his desk, PLUS the eyesight feature in the color that I wanted.
He also agreed to fax/email me a copy of the items that we discussed over the phone on Saturday, 2 days ago. I haven't seen the email or the fax today.
Rob was the sales manager from a week ago, he was a professional.
The salesman I had did NOT know the product and was not organized in handling the sales with me.
I'm sorry I do not recommend this dealer to anyone from the experience that I've had.

Had a great experience buying my new 2015 Subaru Impreza. I had Miguel as my sales agent. The sales finalization took a couple of days - as I was still figuring out my best option. In the end, I bought from Multi Subaru, as it gave me the best value, including price and vehicle availability. The management was upfront and honest and will work with you. For my next Subaru purchase, I will definitely go back to Multi Subaru and Miguel.

Worst company I ever got a car from. They sold me a car with a bunch of problems then when I tried to get a hold of them their impossible to get in touch with. They told me the car had no problems but within a month my key stopped working on either doors the car wouldn't start and then spent 300$ getting it fixed and then a week later the check engine light came back on when I tried to explain my problems to the dealer ship they all but said they don't care basically. Most frustrating car place to deal with and I will never buy a car from them again

I picked up a Subaru CrossTrek this week and am very happy with my lease, the car, and the dealership. I worked with Joe Sangimino, who I strongly recommend asking for.

Negotiating price and terms was very straight forward and transparent. Furthermore, the car I wanted needed to be brought in from another dealership. Joe did a fantastic job on managing my expectations for delivery, was very pro-active with calling me to provide updates (one on his day off) and the transaction was very smooth.

I strongly recommend Multi-Subaru as a dealership, and any Subaru to meet any need, based on quality and fit and finish.
