Mulan Laundry

Completely unprofessional - stay away! I called at 10:20 am. First, no one answered the phone and a different number called me back. The male who answered said they would do a pick up. He did not give me a pick up window, so I assumed a reasonable one of an hour, as was the case with every other service I have ever used. After an hour, I called back, he said they needed another 45 minutes. At 1:00 PM, nearly three hours later, I called back and he said the person was on his way. I said that he was supposed to have already been here an hour ago. He explained that in the future, I should expect that there is no real pick up window - it could happen at any point during the day. I asked him if he thought he really deserved a next time after this experience. He canceled the pick up and hung up on me. I can only imagine what the delivery window would look like- maybe sometime next week?

Pretty standard laundromat. Staff are pleasant enough.

The place is very small, but the service is great. The lady that works there is very nice and if anything goes wrong with the machines she will help you out.
