Was towed today , they charged me 220 after my car was there less than an hour due to construction ... didn't give me a discount because he didn't like Newark cops (because he got a ticket ) .. After I explained my dad was a Newark cop. After that I realized I had a scratch and puncture on the back of my NEW 2016 car . Place is a rip off . Hope it goes out of business soon . A bunch of losers

Highway robbery...less than 2hrs my car was towed by mts...and they charged me 200...these people straight suck

One star is too much for these guys. If I could i would give them zero stars. Worst tow guys in the entire world. DO NOT use their services, you will be robbed and mistreated. I'm surprised they're still in business.

These people are thieves!!!!!!!!! My car got stolen in clifton which i couldnt control happening and then they have the heart to charge me 700$ to get it out wen i shouldve never been in this predicament in the first place!!! They work with the police to rob people!!!! The city of irvington is very corrupt. Im going to struggle payin my rent and now it is past due.

I was a member for many years and started to have problems with them over the last few years. They didn't return phone calls, they forgot to auto-bill my account so I had to pay out of pocket for a tow. Then after 6 months of me calling them, they finally reimbursed me for it but it was $40 short. Overall, it's not worth the hassle to deal with these guys. It is more cost-effective and much less trouble to just pay for each tow myself.
