Excelent services for seniors and people with disabilities. I was able to get my reduced fare card and photo id within one hour. The staff is pleasant and eager too help.

I wish to give NOTICE about the exceptional professionalism of the MTA Bus Driver's. As a retired individual who regularly rides the M11 up 10th Avenue to changes to the Bx19, I am amazed at the driver's who are sometimes confronted with the most hostile rider's.
Just this afternoon 04/24/13 about 12:20pm on the BX19S #5675 the driver was so professional in dealing with a woman who refused to give disability seating to a woman with a walker.
