Mark is very helpful and will even give detailed instructions for things you can do to fix a problem before having to pay for anything.

I spill wine on my wife computer...I know, I know ,,pure guy,, right...well, Mark from MRK saved my wife's data, and that was the best outcome of it. He was polite and professional. So thank you Mark!!! 5 stars!!!
