Mr Tire Auto Service Centers

I've been having my vehicles serviced in that shop since that location was built as a Vespia's around 20 years ago. Corporate ownership may have changed when Mr. Tire acquired the smaller Vespia's chain a few years back, but the professionalism and first class customer service didn't. I have two teens and a 20-something driving the cars I have serviced there. There's always plenty for a parent to worry about when their kids are out driving, but with Mr. Tire Old Bridge mechanics servicing our cars, breakdown is one less thing to worry about.

Doesn't even deserve 1 start trust me.they lie about services you need, and worst customer service. No recommendations at all stay away from this place. IT'S A RIP OFF.

So, I normally don't bother with reviews, but I am so DISGUSTED with this place. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I went there for a routine oil change because it is close to my house. When I went to go pick up my car, they told me I had all these issues with the car which were considered safety issues and I should get them fixed right away. All the "fixes" cost around 2500. I decided to get a second opinion at a reliable and honest mechanic, and he told me there was NOTHING wrong with the car. I went for a THIRD opinion, just to be safe, and they told me same exact thing. Can you imagine if I didn't go for those opinions and spent 2500 dollars that I don't have?!! This place is dishonest and I really don;t know how they sleep at night!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here. I think I am going to make a formal complaint as well.

They confinced me to spend 1200 dollars on brakes. Then the brakes locked up on me going 50 on route 1 not even 24 hours later. Brought it back. They messed up putting it on. It ruined my brand new tran. It has been a week now since I will get my car back
