Avoid At all costs they tell lies to make money it's sad since there's a chain of these auto centers The Manager Craig will lie to make a lucrative commission. He told me I need extensive work after I left I found it was absolutely nothing , He's a sad and pathetic man

I brought my truck in for tires on the front and left with my truck having new tires on the back instead and told that since its a rear wheel truck that the tires should be on the end of the truck with the drive. called back the next day because my truck was swaying down the road and was told I had to make an appointment to come back in to have it looked at,,,,unbelievable , no problem taking my money for the tires but if there is a problem i have to wiat,,,,,,shame on them!!! What a disaster, brought my work truck again a month later not thinking too much of the tire experience for a simple coil pack replacement which had been the issue in the past with any Ford Van later than 2002 and explained what to look for. I was told that this was not the case after the evaluation and told my truck needed a tune up and fuel injection flush. I asked if these repairs would take care of the problem and I was guaranteed that when I got my truck back it would be running like new. I came to pick up my truck and asked how it was runninga nd was reassured that it was better than new. I started the truck and pulled out of the parking lot and it was shaking just as bad as before only now Im out over $650.00 for nothing. I called the local ford dealer, dropped off my truck that same night for them to have it when they opened, the Ford dealer called me at 7:30am and told me that it was the coil pack, they called me at 9:30 and told me to pick it up. It ran like new and the repair was $364.00
I called the Mr Tire and demanded to be refunded they wanted to offer me half and told me it would take up to 12 weeks to get refunded. I went online and wrote a review of the experience and got a call from a Brian, district manager who reassured me and apologized repeatedly that I would be refunded the entire $650.00 that I was charged from Mr Tire in Middletown, NJ.
I just got off the phone with corporate 9 weeks later,who told me they have no record of any refund nor is it in the process of being paid. In other words, neither one of the 2 people from this company that I spoke to got anything in motion as they claimed they would. Corporate let me know that they will pick it up from hear and get back to me after the new year. Not really holding my breath on this one. I should have known better after the tire experience,,,,shame on mee....I give it about 4 weeks before I'm going to have to spend a day in small claims court with this company. Its a shame, a local company,,,,,,,,,

Made a mistake using this pllace getting a wheel alignment they apparantly didn't do also the rear wheel alignment. So new tires put.on the rear wheels ended up with no belt tread on the inside of both rear tires after 2 months

Another thing when getting the bill the mechanic drove my car said to me that my steering was rough and that it do me good to come back so he could adjust some idiot bands. My steering was rough low because of low steering fluid

Excellent, they got me in right away without an appointment & didn't pressure me with other services that I couldn't afford at the time. I will be back.

I would not recommend using Vespia's services as they have repeatedly not honored the pricing that they initially quoted. There are always hidden costs which are not mentioned up front. They do not do business honestly and you cannot trust them! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
