Mr Machine Laundromat

This is a wonderful Laundromat! It is clean bright and well managed. Staff is helpful and friendly and service is top notch. This store even smells fresh when you walk in. There was not one out of order sign in the store either, it is well maintained. I would not hesitate to make this store my primary laundromat, but I was only visiting. it is too far for me, but I wish our stores were this nice.

I have been dropping off my clothes to be laundered for the past 2 yrs. For the past year and a half the quality of the wash has degraded. They seem to be washing the clothes in fabric softener because we notice the smell is fantastic and clothes are extremely soft But are NOT CLEAN. Try this as an experiment give them white clothes and tell them you want the whites bleached. They will tell you "yes, of course, no problem." Then when you see your clothes, they will not be bleached, they will be gray. They will not bleach your clothes despite writing it down and telling you that they are going to bleach them. They are just very dishonest people... then when I asked to speak to the owner, Lucita will not tell me his name. She will not tell me when he is there for me to speak to him. He is "on vacation in Florida" Then Lucita, who is most of the time there, had the audacity to say to me here is a piece of paper and write down your complaint and the boss will get it. I told her to please write for me but she told me that I was the one complaining so I had to write it. I mean come on!!!. She doesn't know how to speak to customers and provide a good service. They screwed up my entire laundry, my whites are all gray, the clothes are all dirty but smell and feel great. They told me Alex washed my load. This place recently raised their fees, claiming they are the best. They have declined in quality as they raised prices. They are CASH ONLY. This is how either the owner is saving money or the workers figured this out to lessen their workload. I am so upset!!!!!!

The Owner called me after I posted the review. He was not aware of the problem. He handled the matter very professionally. He was genuinely concerned about his customers and delivering the best service. I assure you that he really cares about his customers and the quality of his work. He invited me back to the laundromat, explained to the employees in front of me what he expects from them and assured me that it would never happen again. Next they took back my clothes rewashed my laundry and it was absolutely perfect! It is an absolute pleasure doing business with Paul the owner. Thank You Rikka and Paul.

I drop off my laundry there once a week. I love their service!
I love how the small items are bundled in wrappers. I never saw that in any other laundromat, and I've been to a few.
My laundry always comes back very clean, on time, and smells fantastic!
I asked them what they put in for the smell, but they won't tell me, lol.

Mr. Machine is very clean and well kept.... When I do drop off, my clothes are ready, clean and neatly folded. Excellent service!
