The internet price is different to the menu price. Ordered the tofu and if had a jelly like texture to it and tasted disgusting. The crispy beef tasted ok but it was in a small portion. Everything was overpriced especially the tofu. Everyone should think twice before they go here. Service was bad and the waiter acted like we were idiots. Overall it costed about $650+ and they charged more then we bought.

Spring rolls are filled with goop. More liked PACKED tight with a white gelatinous yop. And smelled and tasted like MSG - who still uses MSG?! The wine selection was - "red" or do you want "white". The chicken skewers were rubbery like if they were undercooked but they weren't. Reminded me of chicken in Russia. The shrimp was good. The dishes overpriced and small. The scallops were good too. Enjoy!

The food was average to below average. The service was very good as was the Ambiance. Surprised at the low quality of the food based upon the reviews. This will be definitely a one and done dining experience.

Expect unexpected. We chose this restaurant because of rating from here but were so disappointed. The first appetizer came out after an hour and the second came with main courses and one of them had some sort of cloth string. We never got an adequate apology from the restaurant. All the dishes were too salty! Terrible experience over all.

I loved the original Mr. K's in Washington, DC and had gone for years until they closed a few years ago. I was delighted to discover the NYC location while visiting a client's office and decided to have dinner here at the earliest opportunity. The good was exactly as I remembered it: delicious! I had the crispy beef as an appetizer followed by the Peking duck. The duck was skillfully carved table-side and wrapped in a crepe on a bed of lettuce and a touch of hoisin sauce. The skin was perfectly crisp and the meat juicy. It sort of melts in your mouth. In between the appetizer and main course, we were presented with a citrus sorbet to cleanse our palates, a refined detail that most upscale restaurants should reintroduce to their service repertoire. I'm looking forward to my next visit here, which will be soon!
