Mr Goodlube 10 Minute Oil Change

There is Steve who works there Not Steve the manager but some kid Steve who is a very dishonest worker. Because of this Steve, I am not going back there again and will tell everyone I know not to go there.

During my last visit for an oil change and one of my front headlights replaced. This Steve I'm referring to told me that I should also consider a fuel injection service because I last had it done over 15k miles ago. I said No not now just do the oil change and the headlight. A few minutes later, he comes back and says, sir the head light is not an easy task, the bumper has to come out - you will have to take it to the dealer... so now do you want to get the Fuel injection done? Now I am looking at this guy and I am thinking to myself wow! This retard really thinks I'm stupid! So I told him - no just do the oil change. Another 5 minutes later, again he comes back and says.. by the way, we got the headlight.
So it is obvious that he was trying to get me to do the fuel injection. To top it all off, he did not refill my windshield wiper fluid while he stated he did so on the ppwk. What a complete scumbag this guy is. He should be fired. This guy always tries to get people to do other things besides a regular oil change.

Twice as much as anywhere else. Outrageously expensive. They take forever to change the oil and try to sell all kinds of unneeded services.

They told me that my oil pan was cracked and sold me a sealant to patch it up. I had to take it to a Toyota dealer. He said there we nothing wrong with the oil pan. It was just to add a little to the bill by selling me something I did not need.

One of the mechanics oil changers insisted that my wife's car needed an engine flush because we had the oil change done at 4500 miles instead of 3000. ENGINE FLUSH??? I don't change the oil in MY car at 6000 let alone 3000 - and it doesn't need an engine flush. Stop trying to hard sell "add-ons." Sell great service, remember customers by name, service with a smile - all the "no brainers" and maybe win more customers instead of lose them. This place has no other good services to up-sell to their customers so they hard-sell cheap add-ons. Sad part is that we DID need an air filter - and if the "Engine Flush" didn't scare my wife off, she would have went for the air filter at least. We aren't going back.
