Mr Bob's Cleaners

I am reporting Mr. Bob's Cleaners to the Better Business Bureau of NJ. They measured to take two pairs of pants up at the hem. When I came to pick them up on the day they said they would be ready, I took them and paid them $20.00 cash. I tried them on when I got home and found that they had taken NEITHER pair up. I had to leave for tour the very next day so I was unable to return them, and also unable to wear them on tour. When I came back to town and asked them to do the work I had already paid them to do, they refused, and accused me of LYING. It was very obvious that the hems had never been taken up. This is the most outrageous treatment I have ever received as a customer. It was obvious they had taken neither pair up, yet they refused to do the work, and refused to refund my money. THEY ARE CROOKS, and had the gall to accuse me of being dishonest. All over $20.00 worth of tailoring that never was performed. BUYER BEWARE. I want my money back and have reported them to the BBB.
