they scamper, they told me at my door they charge less than conedison but in reality they charge double. conedison charged 8c they 17c per Kw.

They have been overcharging me for months. I called and received a large credit and they matched the lowest supply charge that I found and guaranteed the rate for one year. Clearly they are trying to get as much money as they can; look over your bill.

Several sales people , with clip boards in hand and wearing some sort of ID badge around their necks, gained access to an apartment building by someone coming out by the main entrance and letting them in. There is a sign posted where the doorbells are that says "No Soliciting".

They were all very polite, but when asked why they were in the building lobby , and the name of their company, they got a bit curt and refused to answer, except stating that they were with "ESCO"; at the very least, that is a misrepresentation . They then proceeded to ring doorbells on both sides of the 100 unit building.

They did speak with the Superintendent, who happened to be walking by when they gathered again in the lobby, showed him some kind of paper and then proceeded to ring the rest of the doorbells they apparently had missed during their first walk around the building.

This is, at the very least, an unscrupulous way to gain new business, but people that open their doors to a ringing bell, without knowing who it is, run the risk of unknowingly signing up with this company .
