Moving Insurance LLC

Easy, fast, cost reasonable...hope in the end just for peace of mind

Moving insurance was purchased under our our contract with transportation systems. hopefully we have no cause to file a claim.

These guys are scammers. Although they don't tell you up front, they have unreasonable deadlines for noting damage, ask you for purchase dates and purchase amounts on items you may have purchased many years ago and essentially require you to submit tons of documents to file a claim.
Worst of all, their certificate of insurance prohibits you from suing them in any venue other than New Jersey (their address) so if you're not happy with how they screw you over you have to travel to New Jersey to seek relief. You can't even hire a New Jersey attorney as most claims will be remanded to small claims court ($7500 or under) which does not permit attorney representation. If you buy their insurance, make sure you purchase a changeable airline ticket to New Jersey too.
EVERYONE SO FAR HAS GIVEN THEM A TERRIBLE REVIEW EXCEPT FOR ONE GUY WHO HAD NO DAMAGE SO HE DIDN'T FILE A CLAIM. HE'S RATING THEM ON HOW EASY THE INSURANCE WAS TO PURCHASE. OF COURSE THEY ARE VERY WILLING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Not worth a penny opposite when you have a claim you loose money!!! Insurance process is done with out consultation, you have to agree to tons of legal mumble bumble and than pay via credit card. Hire an attorney before you agree otherwise they rob you out blind!!! Safe you money. My moving company ALL MY SONS trashed my content, very high priced items, just for the furniture repair almost $ 1,000 not talking the items that can't be repaired anymore. I paid All my Sons for the move, I paid Moving Insurance LLC $ 300 on top, and they offered me a settlement of $ 110. Shame on them!!!!!!!!!! The moving company things they did an excellent job and Moving Insurance LLC based their settlement on the moving companies ledger which I never got to see. Did I mentioned that the moving company recommended Moving Insurance!!! Everyone blames me, yes its my fault I trusted All My Sons Moving and Storage and I trusted Moving Insurance LLC. As I said if you want to take out moving insurance, hire an attorney first to review all their paperwork.
