They did a terrible job we had one flight of stairs which was supposed to be of no additional cost when the movers arrived at midnight they refused to take the items up the flight of stairs unless we paid them an extra $75 my husband basically had to offload and move our stuff in himself what they did move in was very damaged and when I tried to speak with a customer service rep my husband and I were blown off repeatedly I do not recommend this company at all.

I wish I could give them a zero worst company ever the customer service is horrible they are thieves I was to get my things delivered and they wouldn't deliver them said we needed more than the agreed amount we never signed up with them it was subcontracted to these jerks PLEASE DONT USE THEM THEY WILL CHARGE TOU MORE FOR EVERYTHING AND THEN TAKE FOREVER TO BRING IT TO YOU!

Seriously as good a moving experience as you can get. Very friendly and very helpful before the move, the movers showed up on time, were REALLY quick, friendly, and handled everything with care. Absolutely recommend them!

same as all these other reviews: extortion, misrepresentation, sexual harassment (yep, alone with the guy trying to extort money from me he asked if I would 'help him cum'). tried to extort me on both ends. if you can respond to this I want to sue, seems like with all of us it could be a class action.

Run away from this mover as quickly as possible. Worst ever. If I had known Nurizon was going to farm out the job to these morons I would have cancelled. The reviews on here are very accurate. Cost for the move was basically twice as much as Nurizon's estimate. Somehow they think that putting excessive amounts of tape on everything will prevent damage from being completely careless. These guys crushed almost every box and plastic bin. Lots of damage. Items broken beyond repair and almost every piece of furniture that wasn't destroyed has damage somewhere...and one of my tables is missing. Terrible customer service. To top it off,, their check for the damage claim bounced. Still waiting for the replacement check. I'm not holding my breath. What a horrible operation. Not surprised that they have an F rating form Better Business. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
