Moving Ahead

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This was the WORST experience. The delivery service was the worst, paying for 3 people and one never works. They did not do what they claimed they would and now I still do not have some of my belongings. If I could put a negative I would!

Moving Ahead is a terrible moving company. Please try to avoid them even if you are using Manhattan Mini Storage. This is the most horrific move I have ever been through. I had to move my stuff into storage, so I thought it would be best to use them since they are partnered with Manhattan Mini Storage. But I was wrong. They showed up at 6:30pm for a 1-4 moving slot. They lost pieces or left them on the truck because they were too lazy too finish the move. I now cannot use my TV stand because they "lost" the top portion of it. And they did not even apologize. They also consulted on the size of the room I had for storage telling me I was silly for questioning it. Then, at the end of the move, I had to throw stuff away because it did not fit. They are overall a disorganized, poorly managed company with no accountability for their moving teams. Avoid if you can, they will not take care of your stuff.
