Promised my truck would be ready in one day and it wasnt. Work order said they finished it at 11am the next morning and nobody contacted me until 3pm I get there to pick it up and its not ready. the locks are not working. An hour later its finally fixed, I get home only to realize they somehow disconnected my reverse lights in the process. They claimed the delay was for custom mounting brackets they have to make to to attach my lights. every bump i hit my lights fall out and they broke the bed cover in the process. After spending over 500 dollars with them i now i have to bring it somewhere else to have my lights mounted properly and another couple hundred to get a new bed cover. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else but here.

No parent in their right mind would consider bringing three small kids with them to a auto body shop especially right after school... but that was my situation yesterday my car light sensors desperately needed to be fixed, it was a hazard drive with the lights turning on and off inside the car... I was a little bit hesitant about bringing the kids with me but to my surprise I had such a great experience, the staff at moving on sounds created such a good, professional, pleasant working environment and they were nice to the kids. The manager Noel stayed on top of my repair from start to finish, he explain to me what was going on with my car and different options I have to fix the situation, after my car was repaired he physically show me how my car would operate after the repair, which was great for me. Best experience ever, I was able to come in, get my car repaired, complete homework with the kids, and Noel made sure I had some extra money in my pocket for some well earned McDonalds for the kids :)
I highly recommend moving on sounds for all Auto related issues

I want to start out by saying that my husband and I have been customers here for years and sadly no more. We brought our truck here to be tinted like we always have with every other car before that we have owned and never had a problem. I made an appointment for Sept 23. After 3-5 days we started to see problems within the tints. Like how the tint didn't go all the way down to the weather stripping and there was small hairs inside the tint. Now mind you we have NEVER had this problem before. So I called and was told to bring the truck back and they would do it again. So October 2 we took it back for the SECOND TIME. Again waited 3-5 days before rolling down the windows. This time around the tint was not cut correctly at the top or the bottom of the window, to the point were I was able to play with the excess tint and if I wanted to could have pulled the whole thing off and the tint did not go all the way down to the bottom of the weather stripping. Not what I would call a good tint job. Along with that we started to notice small what looked to be holes in the tints. Again the same problem of the tints not being cut right. By this point I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. So we take the truck back on October 9... The THIRD AND FINAL TIME. I told them that is not quality work and that I am not happy at all and that I wanted them to do it again. I told them that they have to find time TODAY to fix it (again). So when we went back to pickup the truck I noticed that there was still the same issue with the tint and that it didn't go all the way down to the weather stripping and that it was unacceptable. We asked the manager to look at it and tell us if that was acceptable work to him and was told "Oh my eyes aren't too good these days let me get someone else to look at it". So at this point the tint guy who did the work ALL THREE TIMES comes out and asks "Whats the problem?" My husband showed him that the tint didn't go all the way down, and all you had to do was tuck it under the weather stripping. He response was " Oh I can try that"..... WHY DIDN'T YOU TRY THAT THE FIRST TWO TIMES!!!!!!!!!!! The manager Mark told us that they never want to have unhappy customers and that we should go home and sleep on it. See how we feel in a few days. I told him that we have NEVER had this problem before with tints and that I was very unhappy with the quality of work to which I was told that I was being A BIT TO NIT PICKY! Excuse me how do you speak to customers that way! Sad to say that I will never go back there again for anything and will never recommend them again.

I found these guys on Facebook after checking out some of the videos and photos they posted I decided to give them a try. I brought my 2011 Dodge Charger to them for a remote start and strobes. Everything came out perfect the remote start works great and I'm super pleased with the way the hooked up the lights. I recommend using them they do great work and are very professional!!!!
