I work at a cardiologist office in connecticut, i tried calling st lukes to obtain medical records on a patient that was seen there recently-(the staff is very rude and not helpful at ALL!). i was transfered to the wrong departments, hung up on muliple times, when i did finally reach the medical records department i was unable to speak with anyone or leave a message. i let the phone ring for 10min and when someone finally picked up the phone, they hung it up on me. when the patient was finished seeing one of our doctors i asked how their expirence was at st lukes hospital they said it was horrible. the patient also said thats why they moved to connecticut for better health care and im very glad they did!

Wow this place is ridiculous i call to make an appt they put me on hold for 10 ten mins then i call back and they hung up on me!! And then i call again and the line is busy. DOnt even waste your time on these rude bastards
