- Terrible #167738

Truly the worst care I have received from medical professionals in my 60 years on the planet. From the physicians down to the receptionist, every member of staff here was inept, arrogant and above all, uncaring. There are a number of urgent care clinics on the Upper West Side and if you value your health and your sanity, I urge you to go to any one of them rather than here.
