Mount Pleasant Village

Building 271 is infested with bed bugs. Emergency maintenence is disregarding this fact and ignoring my calls. Absolutely disgusting.

Horrible emergency service. The person in charge is very rude and keeps hanging up the phone on me. My sink was filling up with black water!!!! And i have a small baby! No one is willing to help me. If she gets sick due to the contamination I'll call the corresponding authorities.

I have been here about 8 Years. My wooden floors are sinking. I my pipes back up all the time. The grounds aren't kept anymore and they have the nerve to raise the rent.

Good place with decent working people

The buildings that are not the model are poorly kept I moved into 261 and feel like I live in a pissy college dorm. The hallway walls are cracked from floor to ceiling, what appears to be mold on the ceiling, & holes in the wall too. You would think that on average for half of 261 they are making over $30K & can't maintain their building adequately. The dumpsters are tiny for a complex this big there ends up being garbage all over the place until garbage day comes. Its quite unfortunate, not to mention the poorly insulated walls inside the apartments, I hear every moan & groan, step/jump alarm, etc. from my neighbors in every direction. The insulation I can deal with, the crappy conditions to get through my door are disheartening.
