Recently bought a helmet and was very satisfied with the customer service. The representative was very knowledgable about all the products and even gave suggestions on possible bikes to get in the near future. Definitely my go to shop from now on. Not to mention they pay the sales tax for you.

I bought a roland sands jacket, armor and gloves there. I didn't know the brand and the staff were excellent at explaining the features and looking after me in general (nice espresso). 1 year on my items are holding up well and I feel that i got exactly what i paid for excellent value.

If you're looking for great customer service this is the place. You can enjoy browsing for your item without having to rush out the door... once you have what you want and they don't have it in stock they will order for you. They do not have a restocking fee in case you decide not to keep the item after they have specially ordered it for you. Overall this is a great spot to get your motorcycle needs with people that know what they're talking about...

Bought two pairs of gloves and returned 1 for being too small. Great return policy and I am editing this review because of a mistake on my part. Motochanic ordered the correct size from their supplier (which was on back order for a couple weeks) and shipped them at their own expense to correct for a mistake I had made in ordering the wrong size. Great service and it's refreshing to deal with a business that takes personal interest in each order. I will definitely order from them in the future.

It also helps that the gloves (RSD) are the best gloves I've ever had.

Price is the same as with all other major online retailers; free S&H which is also on par with other retailers. For some reason it took 2 extra days before the item was shipped, there's no explanation other than it being noted on the website that it may take up to 5 business days for items to be shipped. Why? Perhaps if they offered a valid reason as to why there's a delay for shipping but in this day and age I don't understand why it takes up to 2 extra days to grab something off a shelf, put it in a box, tape it up, slap a label on it and ship it out within 24 business hours from the order being placed and payment processed. Additionally, the shipment status and notifications are pointless. I submitted my order on a Tuesday, it showed "awaiting shipment" since Wednesday. I had to contact them to get a tracking number which was provided on Friday. My package was delivered on Saturday; the following Wednesday I received an email stating that the status was changed from "awaiting shipment" to "shipped," 4 days after I actually received the package. Bottom line, I only bought from them because they were one of the few places online that had what I wanted in stock. I don't feel particularly inclined to buy from them again because they offer no incentive to, slow shipping, pointless/slow shipping notification, and prices are the same as everywhere else.
