There's so much to this place. You're torn being loving it and hating it. The atmosphere is something every place should strive for. It's comfy and brings you to a place that you long for. There was someone playing the guitar that was nice. It was the blues and everybody loves the blues. The waitress was nice. But the food. The food was horrid. I had the mac and cheese and I think they forgot the important part about cooking, that they have to enjoy the food. The Japanese bloody mary had way to much horseradish, but that is purely individual taste. To much for me. The favor was good however. Like I said this is either a place you hate to love or love to hate. I just wish that it could have been so much more after walking inside.

the octopus is buttery and tender. better than any other we've had! the ambiance is warm and dark, and the live music filled the narrow space perfectly. left me feeling nostalgic, for a time I've never actually known.
