So-called nominal fees. Then they try there best to tack on any additional costs. Yes they been around for a long very long time and they make sure you know it. And make you pay for it. In other words extremely high outrageous prices for nothing in return. Have personally witnessed quite a few boaters get taken for lots of money. GOOD luck if you leave your boat there. You'll need it . YOU been warned.
