So i recently broke my thumb but had acrylic nails on and needed to soak it off of my thumb but still get a fill in with my other nails. So i tried explaining I just want to soak off the nail. My thumb was in a lot of pain and they didn't understand so they were very rough with it which got me upset. They finally understood and soaked it at the end. My nails came out great though, the color i picked were cute on the nails. However, the tips grew out quickly. Overall, it was an ok experience and it wasn't a bad job for $15 dollars.
