Everything is great here except for two things, wait time and billing. Let's say they are very caring and professional about their profession but just don't hire the right person at the front desk to handle their paperwork. There were several billing disasters/misunderstandings/oversight over the few years that I went here. Wait time is always half an hour or longer unless it is for cleaning only so plan ahead.

My few visits at Montgomery Dental have been nothing but amazing. I was very impressed with the office and facilities. They have the most up to date and advanced equipment. I found the doctors and staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating. Dr. Dubov is one of the best dentists I've experienced. He is extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Montgomery Dental to anyone seeking a great dentist!

I had my cleaning done here, and I never thought cleaning could be this bad... Also, I've always had to wait at least 40 minutes even though I always had appointments. =( If you value your time and your teeth, don't go here.
Update: MG Dental reached out to apologize for my poor experience and try to remedy the situation. Good effort on their part, but just does not change the fact I was in so much pain, which has never occurred at other dentists. Maybe mine was an isolated incident... As for wait time, they said they'll guarantee no wait next time... So when you make an appt, please specify that you'd like no wait. I'm sure they'll try to make it.
