This bus service claims to run every half an hour however passengers are left standing and waiting for 50 minutes to an hour during rush hours, on evenings and even on weekends. It is a shame that this type of unreliable service is provided when passengers rely heavily on this bus to go to Pathmark, Shoprite and Newport Mall to shop. After a long waiting time then 2 to 3 or more buses come by all at one time. That does not make sense at all!! The operators of this bus service need to make improvements. If the bus should run every half an hour, so be it!! A better schedule would be every 15 minutes. The Coach bus used to operate in this area and it proved to be more reliable, however it was terminated for whatever reason. Jersey City needs a better and more reliable bus service!!
