used the service for the first time during the christmas to send food and clothing to poor people in dominican republic. The boxes were not delivered until 3 weeks after it arrived to Dominican Republic for a total of over 8 weeks in transit. The Christmas boxes arrived after christmas and almost empty. They workers helped themselves to the goods they were to delivered. Use this service, if you want your stuff to be stolen.
