Maybe the agency was busy with many clients, but I just do not feel that they did a good job with my particular trip.
1. My name was misspelled on the itinerary. When this was brought up to the travel agent, she said that she would not correct it because it would cost money to change it. In this day and age, with the security issues in airports, you would think this would be something worth taking care of. But no. She said whoever looked at my itinerary would just KNOW it was a typo.
2. The agency mailed all of the tickets to our address, when clearly three of the people with tickets did not reside at our address.
Don't waste your time with this agency. I find that going online and finding information yourself is much more efficient. You'll always be in the know of what is happening with your travel plans.
