I'm giving a 2 stars due to the lack of phone etiquettes that I have experienced with this clinic front desk. If you call around 4pm you will be placed on hold for prolonged time and subsequently hung up on. Just rude! This has happen several times. As you attempt to call back after being hung up on, mind you, this is well before 5pm, your call is forwarded to Montefiore Answering Service. This's completely counter-productive, especially when the practice stays open late.
Why should your answering service take calls, when you can service patience directly that may have appointments or urgent questions during extended hours or operating hours? In fact, this office stays open to 6:30pm some evenings and beyond, so there is no room for excuses for this lack of professionalism. This isn't acceptable! The doctors at this clinic aren't included in this rating.
