The doctors are amazing! I still cone here because i cant think of another pediatrician for my toddler, but the front staff and the nurses are horrible, the are rude and always have something better to do than provide the assistance they were hire to provide. When you ask them a question they respond with an attitude as if you are disturbing them. They are always gossiping with Each other about the patients. Montefiore needs to really look at the staff they hore to assist the doctors.
