They take a very long time just to answer the phone when you call to make an appointment during the day. The only time the phone is answered is early in the morning or if you wait 15 mins while the phone rings.

THEY DO NOT DELIVER YOUR PACKAGES, INSTEAD THEY DELIVER PRE WRITTEN 3849 FORMS LETTING YOU KNOW THAT THERES A PACKAGE AT THE POSTAL OFFICE TO COME PICK IT UP. THIS LOCATION IS USELESS, THEY SHOULD CLOSE IT DOWN. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION IS A LAZY, WORTHLESS INDIVIDUAL THAT WILL BE BETTER OFF COLLECTING UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES. ANOTHER REASON WHY I HATE THE BRONX AND THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN IT.

This post office is the worst. They make you wait in one line then when you get to the window they want to send you to the other line which is really long compared to when you first walked in. There are no signs saying where you have to stand. One day they have one line the next two. They need to get their act together. The short tubby black guy needs to learn what he is doing. All of them need proper training. I say close that post office!!!!!
